Forma familjehem

A new website design that better represents Forma familjehem as a serious and warm business.

My role: graphic design, prototyping and content strategy.

Content strategy: The user groups of this site are families that consider to become a "familjehem", and social secretaries. At the beginning of the project me and the business owner, Yousef El-Hallah, discussed what the goals of the website should be. The main goal is to encourage the families who are visiting the site to fill in a form called "Bli familjehem".  For this project I designed an interactive mockup of the website with new layout, typography and colors. The site is designed to give both user groups a nice presentation of the company.

Re-designing the layout of the start page for increased conversion.

The user groups are companies selling and buying second hand office furniture.

Improve conversion: I was asked to improve the conversion of the start page. I created a new grid-layout with more entry points at the top of the page. Then I added some vector graphics and labels in the main menu to improve the interactions with the page.

Gudrun Westerlund

This website is Gudrun Westerlund's art portfolio. The user groups of this site are art-lovers and professionals working with art-exhibitions and scholarships. I made it easy for Gudrun to add new content. For this project I gave extra advice on how to edit images for best loading times and SEO.

My role: design, project management and site building.

Site structure:  We started this project with workshops for deciding the site structure. With help of the online workshop tool Miro we discussed how different art-work should be grouped together and where they would be presented on the site. I visualised the final site structure as a sitemap.

Online workshop

Svensk Galopp

In this project I made style explorations to help Svensk Galopp to decide on a visual identity for their new website.

My role: design and prototyping, workshop for sitestructure.

Creating style and structure: I started to make style explorations based on the adjectives "sporty, luxurious and approachable". I then studied some websites the client liked to understand more about their taste. Based on this I selected colours, typography and created further prototypes. As part of the design process I initiated a workshop for site structure. We used post-its on a whiteboard to organise the new site.
